1. Agreement
By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms, the cancellation & refund policy, the privacy notice and the cookie notice. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here limits rights you cannot contract out of.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate details and keep login details secret.
- One person or company should not run duplicate accounts to abuse promotions.
- We may suspend or close an account for fraud, chargebacks, abuse of numbers, or legal risk.
3. Wallet
The catalogue is priced in USD. You may see other display currencies; the charge is still USD (or the equivalent we collect through the payment method). Paid balance and bonus/loyalty balance are separate. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash. Unused paid balance is not a bank deposit.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when payment succeeds or the wallet is debited and the dashboard shows the order. SMS and eSIM stock depends on suppliers; a listed product may be unavailable. If we cannot deliver, we restore the charged amount to your oSim balance.
5. SMS rentals
- You may cancel yourself only in the first 2 minutes, and only if no SMS code has arrived.
- If no code arrives, the system auto-cancels within 20 minutes and credits your oSim balance.
- After a code arrives, the rental cannot be cancelled by the customer.
- Numbers are shared pool resources. Do not use them for crime, harassment, or to bypass sanctions.
6. eSIM
eSIM is digital content supplied immediately. After purchase there is no customer self-cancel. Refunds are limited to non-delivery of the QR/activation data or a documented supplier fault that makes the plan unusable. Compatibility of your device is your responsibility.
7. Payments
We accept cards (via our processors), bank transfer (USA, UK, EU, Turkey) and 40+ cryptocurrencies. Card and crypto top-ups usually credit after confirmation. Wires credit after we match the payment. Chargebacks or disputed crypto payments may lead to account freeze and recovery of the amount plus fees.
8. Liability
We do not guarantee that a particular app will accept a rented number. We are not liable for losses caused by the third-party app, your device, or network coverage on an eSIM, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer forum you may have in your country of residence.
