Which currencies can I pay in?
The catalogue is USD. You can pay by card, USA/UK/EU/Turkey wire, or 40+ cryptocurrencies. Display currency in the header is for reading prices only.
Can I withdraw unused balance?
Paid and bonus balances are separate. Bonus cannot be cashed out. Unused paid balance is not paid out to your bank or card as a default.
SMS
When can I cancel an SMS order?
Only in the first 2 minutes, and only if no code has arrived. After that, if still no code, auto-cancel runs within 20 minutes and credits your wallet.
The app rejected the number.
We supply a number and inbound SMS. We cannot force a third-party app to accept it. If no code arrived, the cancel rules above apply.
eSIM
Can I cancel an eSIM after buying?
No. A refund is only considered if we fail to deliver the QR/activation data or a documented supplier fault makes the plan unusable.
