What we sell
- SMS rental: a temporary number so you can receive a verification code. You may cancel yourself only in the first 2 minutes if no code has arrived. After that, if no code arrives, the system auto-cancels within 20 minutes and returns the charge to your oSim balance.
- eSIM: a digital travel data plan. Once issued it cannot be cancelled by the customer. A refund is considered only if the QR/activation data is not delivered, or if a documented supplier fault makes the plan unusable.
- Wallet top-up by card, bank transfer (USA, UK, EU, Turkey) and 40+ cryptocurrencies. Paid funds and bonus/promotional funds are tracked separately.

We do not publish a VAT number. Invoices show the legal name, company number and registered office above.
How the service works
You create an account, add funds, then buy SMS or eSIM from the catalogue. Orders, inbox, QR codes and tickets live in the panel. We use third-party SMS, eSIM and payment suppliers. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed or your oSim balance is charged and the order appears in the dashboard.
Use of the service
SMS numbers are for lawful verification (account sign-up, two-factor, similar one-time codes). They are not for calling, long-term messaging, spam, fraud, account takeover or any crime. You must follow the destination country’s law and the rules of the app you verify. We may refuse or close accounts that break these rules.
