Before you buy an eSIM, make sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.
Search your model on the device list. Cellular iPads and many 2020+ flagship phones work. Wi‑Fi-only tablets and older phones usually do not.
02How do I install the eSIM?
After purchase, open My eSIMs. Scan the QR on Wi‑Fi, or use one-tap iOS / Android install.
iOS: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM.
Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.
Turn on roaming for this line after you land.
03Is the quota daily or for the whole trip?
A 1-day pack is that day’s total. 7, 15, 30 and 180 day packs are one pool for the whole stay — they do not refill each morning. “10 GB · 30 days” means 10 GB across those 30 days.
04Can I share the connection or make calls?
Hotspot is included on the listed packs. These are data profiles, not voice minutes or classic SMS — WhatsApp, maps, mail and the browser run on data. Keep your main SIM if you still need your own number for calls.
05Can I cancel an eSIM?
Once the profile is issued, you cannot cancel it yourself. Unused profiles follow the refund policy. Choose the days and the GB before you pay.
